Customer Support Executives

. This role is particularly well-suited for

freshers

or candidates with up to

1 year of experience

who demonstrate strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and have an interest in technical support or technical sales.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a key role in assisting international clients, resolving their technical queries, and ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle and resolve inbound customer inquiries from US/Canada clients related to computers, printers, networks, and other associated devices. Deliver exceptional customer service through voice support and remote assistance tools. Accurately document, track, and follow up on customer issues using CRM platforms. Perform basic technical troubleshooting and provide suitable resolutions, including recommending relevant services or products when appropriate. Build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring consistent satisfaction throughout each interaction. Participate actively in team discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and ongoing training and development programs. Ensure strict compliance with company processes, policies, and quality standards during every customer interaction. Achieve performance metrics such as resolution rate, customer satisfaction (CSAT), productivity expectations, and call quality benchmarks. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to continually improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience. Stay updated with new tools, product knowledge, and best practices to strengthen your technical and customer service capabilities.

Who Can Apply:



Experience Level:

0-1 year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred, though not mandatory

Language:

Strong fluency in spoken English is essential

Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge

Requirements:

Schedule:



Fixed Night Shift (09:00 PM - 06:00 AM IST) Monday to Friday (alternative saturdays)

In-office role only
