15 Days Training Period
, After Which Final Confirmation Will Be Given. If Finalized, She Must Commit To Continue The Job.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Customer Calls, Emails & Chats Professionally & Courteously.
Resolve Queries, Complaints & Provide Accurate Information To Customers.
Maintain Records Of Customer Interactions & Update The CRM System.
Coordinate With Internal Teams To Ensure Timely Resolution Of Issues.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Build Long-Term Relationships.
Requirements:
Female Candidate Only.
Minimum
1-2 Years Of Experience
In Customer Support/Telecalling/Client Handling.
Strong Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
Ability To Handle Pressure & Multitask Efficiently.
Basic Knowledge Of Computers, MS Office & CRM Tools.
Commitment To Work After The Training Period If Selected.
Training Period:
15 Days Training Will Be Provided.
Post Training, Candidate Will Be Evaluated & Final Confirmation Will Be Given.
Once Finalized, Candidate Must Continue With The Job.
