About the Role:



We are seeking

Customer Support Executives

with excellent communication skills and a neutral/USA accent to manage client interactions. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients. Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral/USA accent. Ability to confidently handle customer interactions. Freshers are welcome (training will be provided). Graduates/undergraduates may apply.

Shift Timings:



Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM (IST)



Salary Range:



Freshers:

?15,000 per month

Experienced (1-2 years):

?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
