Job Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries and provide prompt, accurate solutions via call, chat, and email. Assist customers in basic troubleshooting related to software and IT products. Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a polite and professional approach. Escalate unresolved issues to the technical team with clear documentation. Work collaboratively with the internal team to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Required Skills:



Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of IT and software concepts. Customer-friendly and patient attitude. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to processes.

Education:



Graduation in

BCA

or

B.Sc. in IT

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
