Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently and on time. Maintain customer interaction records in the system accurately. Provide product/service information to customers when needed. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and support.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Graduation is mandatory

(Any discipline). Completed

internship

in customer service/support or a related field. Excellent

communication skills

(verbal and written). Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to remain calm and handle customers professionally.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
