Job Summary:
The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound and/or inbound calls to customers, providing information, resolving queries, generating leads, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and disciplined follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/prospects for follow-up, lead generation, reminders, or information sharing.
Handle inbound calls, address queries, and assist customers professionally.
Maintain and update call records, customer details, a
nd daily reports.
Explain products or services clearly and persuasively.
Follow calling scripts and quality guidelines where applicable.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for escalations or support requirements.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Ensure the confidentiality of customer and company data.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
Good listening skills, convincing ability, and customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
Professional attitude, patience, and strong follow-up skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred.
0-2 years of telecalling/customer service experience.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹10,182.10 - ₹15,000.00 per month
