  • We are looking for a Customer Support Executive / CCE / Customer service BPO FOR AMZON, FLPKART, AXS BNK , HDC BNK AND ICIC BNK to assist our customers with their queries, share updates on their queries, finding the best and quickest way to resolve an issue.
  • THIS IS WORK FROM OFFICE AT Kolkata
  • Hiring for Domestic Email Process and Chat Process @ BPO
  • Shifts: Day Shift - 9 hrs between 8am to 6pm
  • 5 Days Working Saturday Sunday Fixed off
  • 0.6 month BPO experience
  • CAB PICK/DROP AVAILABLE

  • Minimum Qualification HSC and Fresher are also allowed

  • We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for inbound process to assist our customers @ call center with their queries, share updates, finding the best and quickest way to resolve an issue
Responsibilities Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
  • Compiling updates on books and products from publishers/ vendors and communicating them to subscribers.
  • Analyzing based on conversations with the customers in all the fields that need work, taking product feedback and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Requirements
  • Customer Support Executive -Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work well with a team
