Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication \xe2\x80\x9cscripts\xe2\x80\x9d when handling different topics.
- Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Understanding the functioning of the system.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Languages - Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Data presentation skills
- Independent and Proactive
- Any Graduate
