Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication \xe2\x80\x9cscripts\xe2\x80\x9d when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Understanding the functioning of the system.
Other Skills
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Competencies
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Languages - Marathi, Hindi, and English
  • Data presentation skills
  • Independent and Proactive
