Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages related to sales inquiries and product/service information.
Assist the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
Respond to customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information to support sales closure.
Maintain and update customer data, leads, and interaction history in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.
Support upselling and cross-selling activities by identifying customer needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare basic sales reports and follow-up trackers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Customer Support Executive or Sales Support Executive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking systems.
Graduate in any discipline; experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
