- Handle inbound customer calls for Airtel Black services
- Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper call records
Eligibility:
- Graduation is mandatory
fresher experience both
- Good communication skills
Shifts:
- Male: Rotational
- Female: Between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Work Days: 5 days/week with rotational shift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
