About the Role



We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot product/service issues and provide appropriate solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues Follow communication guidelines and best practices Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards

Requirements



Previous experience in customer support or a similar role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure Comfortable using CRM tools and support software High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred)
