About the Role
Magnum Group is hiring
Customer Support Executives
for
Chat and Voice
support. The candidate will manage customer queries through calls and chat, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
customer calls (voice process)
and
chat queries
professionally.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
Resolve queries or escalate them to the appropriate team.
Maintain customer interaction records and update CRM.
Meet daily/weekly quality and productivity targets.
Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred).
Comfortable with both
Chat and Voice
processes.
Basic computer knowledge (typing, email handling, MS Office).
Problem-solving ability and patience while handling customers.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply.
