Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, chats, emails, and WhatsApp Business.
Deliver accurate, professional, and empathetic support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Record and manage customer interactions.
Use Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting customer service data.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Required Skills:
Excellent Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (must).
Excel Proficiency: Ability to manage and analyze customer issues.
Fresher/Experience in customer support / call or chat process preferred.
Professional, calm, and problem-solving approach.
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Degree preferred).
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business.
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience in call, chat, and email support.
Strong analytical and Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
