Responsibilities:



Attend customer queries through calls, emails, and chats regarding architectural and interior services. Guide customers with project details, processes, and service offerings. Resolve issues, escalate when required, and ensure smooth communication. Maintain records in CRM and support sales/operations teams. Ensure excellent customer experience at every interaction.

Requirements:



Graduate in any stream (freshers can apply). Strong communication skills in English & Hindi. Customer-focused with patience and problem-solving ability. Basic computer & CRM knowledge (training will be provided). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
