Manage client Calls And client service inquiries Provide information to clients related to their projects and on-going actions Keep records of client interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, and feedback. Follow-up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on client's requests Keep a robust inter-departmental co-ordination and be proactive in your daily functions
