Resolve customer complaints efficiently and with empathy
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
Provide accurate information about products/services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English and Hindi]
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus
