As a
Customer Support Executive
, you will handle international customers (US/Canada), provide technical assistance, and ensure a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience. This role is well-suited for individuals interested in technical support or tech-enabled sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound voice calls from customers based in the
US and Canada.
Assist customers with technical issues related to computers, printers, networks, and similar devices.
Deliver high-quality customer service using voice support and remote assistance tools.
Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Perform basic technical troubleshooting and suggest appropriate solutions or product options.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear and professional communication.
Actively participate in team discussions, meetings, and learning sessions.
Adhere strictly to company policies, quality standards, and operational processes.
Achieve assigned performance metrics including resolution rate, CSAT, productivity, and call quality.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to continuously improve service quality.
Stay updated with product knowledge, tools, and best practices to enhance performance.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
0-1 year (Freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply)
Education:
Graduation preferred but not mandatory
Communication:
Strong spoken English skills
Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of computers and related devices

Confident and effective verbal communication with international customers
Fundamental knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting concepts
Willingness to work fixed night shifts aligned with US/Canada time zones
Work-from-office role (Mohali location)
