Job Role: Customer Support Executive

Location:

Dadar West, Mumbai (Office-based)

What You'll Do

Assist customers with SIM/eSIM activation, usage, and basic troubleshooting Respond to customer queries via

chat, email, phone, and social media

Ensure quick, polite, and customer-friendly support Work in

rotational shifts (24x7 environment)


Who Can Apply

Fresh graduates strongly encouraged

(Full training provided) Graduates in

BCom / BBA / BMS / Sales / Marketing / Any discipline

Candidates with up to

2 years of customer support experience

Good English communication skills (additional languages are a plus) Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
