We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Customer Support Executive
with a strong proficiency in
Excel
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer queries, providing effective solutions, and maintaining accurate data entries across various systems. Your expertise in Excel will play a critical role in managing data, generating reports, and assisting in the streamlining of support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide product or service information and guide customers through troubleshooting steps when necessary.
Track and document customer interactions and issues in the system.
Data Entry & Management and Excel Reporting & Analysis:
Perform accurate data entry tasks, including inputting customer details, service requests, and other relevant data into company databases or CRM systems.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
Use Excel to organize and manipulate data, create spreadsheets, and maintain organized reports.
Create, update, and maintain data tables, dashboards, and reports as needed by the team or management.
