Job Role:
Assist and support our existing customers in using our ERP software. Help with software usage, accounting entries, billing, GST queries, and remote support.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer calls
2. Resolve software, accounting, and GST-related queries
3. Train customers step-by-step in using our software
Requirements:
1. Basic accounting knowledge
2. Good communication skills
3. Freshers with accounting knowledge can apply
