Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries, concerns, and requests through calls, emails, or chats in a professional and empathetic manner
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer issues
Maintain and update customer records in the system or CRM
Follow standard operating procedures and service guidelines
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience:
0-1 year in customer service or any relevant field
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and listening skills
Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to handle customers politely and efficiently
Basic computer knowledge (CRM knowledge preferred but not mandatory)
Must own a laptop for work
