Handle inbound customer calls and support requests
Guide customers step-by-step on ERP software usage
Assist with accounting entries, billing & GST
Provide remote support using AnyDesk / UltraViewer
Skills / Requirements:
Basic accounting knowledge (Sales, Purchase, Ledger)
GST concepts
Comfortable handling customer calls
Good communication skills
