Lower Parel East, Mumbai (10 mins from station)

Timing:

Mon-Sat | 10 AM - 7 PM

Role Overview

You will support and train our existing customers using our ERP software. This includes helping with software usage, accounting entries, billing, GST queries, and remote troubleshooting (AnyDesk / UltraViewer).

Handle customer calls Resolve software, accounting, and GST-related queries Guide users step-by-step

You're a Good Fit If You Have:

Basic accounting knowledge Good communication skills Experience in customer support (preferred) Freshers with accounting knowledge are welcome
