About the Role



We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our

International Voice Process

in Mumbai, where you will be supporting a leading

healthcare client

. This role involves providing exceptional customer service through outbound calls, assisting with document collection, and supporting the team of underwriters in the healthcare domain.

The role offers exposure to international operations and requires handling Business Owners from different time zones. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring that all necessary documents are collected accurately to support underwriting processes.

The role offers exposure to international operations and requires handling Business Owners from different time zones. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring that all necessary documents are collected accurately to support underwriting processes.

Key Responsibilities



Voice Calls:

Handle out bound calls from international clients in the healthcare sector, ensuring customer queries are addressed professionally and accurately.

Document Collection:

Assist clients by collecting necessary documents and ensuring they meet the required standards for the underwriters.

Support Underwriting Team:

Work closely with the underwriting team to support the documentation process and ensure timely and accurate submission of client data.

Customer Assistance:

Provide accurate information to clients regarding their inquiries and assist them with any concerns related to the document submission process.

Data Entry & CRM Management:

Record interactions and customer data in the CRM system, ensuring that all information is accurately entered and updated.

Customer Feedback:

Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality and provide valuable insights to management and the underwriting team.

Qualifications & Skills



Required Qualifications:



Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare or customer service are a plus.

Experience:

0-2 year of experience in customer service, tele-calling, or sales. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Languages:

Proficiency in

English

(spoken and written) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients.

Phone Etiquette:

Excellent phone manner with the ability to engage in positive conversations.

Customer Focused:

Ability to handle sensitive client information and maintain confidentiality.

Team Player:

Collaborative approach to working within a team, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:



Healthcare Industry Knowledge:

Experience or interest in the healthcare industry and understanding of underwriting processes is a plus.

CRM Tools:

Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar tools is an advantage.

Data Handling:

Ability to handle sensitive and large datasets efficiently and accurately.
