U & I Holidays is a B2B travel company specializing in Bali, Indonesia. We support Indian travel agents with expert ground handling and seamless service backed by a reliable local vendor network.

Role Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage B2B tour operations for Bali. The role involves handling bookings, coordinating with vendors, supporting agents, and ensuring smooth execution of travel itineraries.

Candidates with prior experience in the travel industry are preferred.

Knowledge of Gujarati is an added advantage to support regional agents.

Key Responsibilities

Manage bookings for hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities in Bali Coordinate with Bali-based vendors for confirmations and changes Ensure timely and smooth execution of travel itineraries Handle booking updates and cancellations via internal systems Assist Indian travel agents via email, WhatsApp, and phone Prepare travel documents like vouchers, invoices, and confirmations Resolve on-ground issues and monitor guest feedback Work with sales and quotation teams for smooth handovers

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
