We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist our sales and operations team. The role involves supporting sales activities, handling vendor documentation, preparing MIS reports, assisting in forecasting, and coordinating lead generation efforts. The candidate will also be responsible for telecalling to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client communication. Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders will be a key part of the role.
This position carries the overall responsibility in the functions of
Supporting the current business.
Managing and maintaining all the MIS reports related to sales and leads management.
Support sales team with documentation and coordination
Working in close relation with the sales team to support them with the existing accounts.
Tele calling to prospective leads to qualify them and help sales team arrange meetings.
Strategizing retention and growth techniques for current customer base.
Help with revenue collection.
Support for the day to day CRM updation
Support for the required marketing activities.
Assist in improving the current processes.
Job Specification:
Qualification: B.E. mechanical preferred
Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role or sales.
Skills:
Should be able to identify and close issues end to end.
Should be able to work with cross functional team.
Good communication skills a must.
Basic computer operation knowledge mandatory.
Behavioural: should be a team player, aggressive, go-getter attitude.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
