We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive & Online Sales Support
professional to engage with customers across online and telephonic channels. The role involves assisting customers with their purchase journey, resolving concerns, and driving sales conversions through excellent communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution.
Online Sales Support:
Guide customers through the purchase process on e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth conversions.
Follow-ups:
Conduct follow-up calls with potential leads, existing customers, and abandoned cart users to maximize sales opportunities.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
Recommend additional products, combos, or offers to increase order value.
Complaint Resolution:
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate call logs, lead updates, and daily reports in CRM systems.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements & Skills
Graduate (any discipline) with
1-2 years of experience
in
customer support, telesales, or online sales
(experience in e-commerce preferred).
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Good knowledge of
laptop/PC operations
, CRM tools, and MS Excel.
Customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle objections and build rapport.
Target-oriented with a proactive and positive approach.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
