Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media.
Resolve product/order issues and track order status efficiently.
Maintain customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, production) for resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Prior experience in e-commerce or customer service preferred.
Basic computer skills and social media familiarity.
