. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling international calls (UK/US process) and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for UK/US customers for product or service-related queries.
Listen actively, provide accurate information, and resolve issues on the first call.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and maintain a professional tone.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, renewals, and lead generation.
Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system after each interaction.
Inbound Call Management:
Requirements:
HSC / Graduate in any discipline.[ Fluent in English communication must ]
6 months-2 years of experience in international voice process (UK/US/Australia).
Excellent English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
Ability to manage both inbound and outbound operations effectively.
