Job Description

We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive (Chat Support)

to join our team. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing an excellent customer experience through chat-based communication.

Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat, email, and social media platforms. Assist clients with booking consultations, product inquiries, and service-related issues. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues. Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary. Uphold the brand's tone of voice, empathy, and professionalism in all communications. Provide product knowledge and service information to enhance customer satisfaction. Gather client feedback to improve services and customer experience.

Requirements



Education:

Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

Experience:

0-2 years in customer support, preferably in chat-based or online service roles.

Skills:

Excellent written communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus). Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. Familiarity with astrology or willingness to learn basic concepts (training will be provided). Basic computer and typing proficiency.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
