6 days/week, Sunday OFF (fixed)

Experience:

Freshers - 3 years eligible

Graduation mandatory

Key Responsibilities:



Make inbound/outbound calls to customers for

insurance/mutual fund collections and support



Follow call scripts, handle queries, and guide customers through payments/renewals

Maintain call documentation, MIS reporting

Escalate unresolved issues and ensure adherence to quality standards

Eligibility & Skills:



Bachelor's degree (any discipline); freshers welcome

Good communication in English & Hindi

Age under 30

Salary range: ₹16,000 - ?18,000/month
