We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers with their queries, our product knowledge and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls, WhatsApp, and emails for customer queries, complaints, and orders.
Provide information about products and company policies.
Maintain call logs, FAQs, and feedback data for management.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat orders.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are solved.
Requirements:
Good communication and listening skills. (Hindi, English, Marathi)
Tele calling experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
Problem-solving attitude and a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
