We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to handle client interactions and provide excellent customer service. The candidate will manage queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and escalate if necessary.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to confirm query resolution.
Assist in preparing customer service reports and MIS data.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
2-3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up ability.
Good knowledge of MS Office and email writing.
Patience, empathy, and customer-first mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
