Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM (Night Shift)

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Aligned with U.S. Holidays)

Salary Range: ₹1.80 LPA - ?3.60 LPA

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide top-notch assistance to our international clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries via voice or non-voice (email/chat) channels during U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from U.S.-based customers in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or ticketing systems.

Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Meet performance KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Stay updated with product knowledge and service offerings.

Requirements

HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline.

1-2 years of experience in international BPO or customer service (Freshers with good English communication skills can apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Willingness to work in night shifts (U.S. time zone).

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
