Customer Support Executive
to join our growing team. Svastika is a brand that blends culture, spirituality, and style - and we need someone who can be the
voice of our customers
and handle their queries with care.
Role: Customer Support Executive
What You'll Do:
Reply to customer queries through emails, messages, and calls.
Solve issues related to products, orders, or delivery in a polite and clear way.
Keep customer records updated in our system.
Coordinate with teams like logistics and operations to solve customer problems.
Follow up with customers to make sure their issues are solved.
Share feedback and ideas to improve customer service.
What We're Looking For:
Good communication skills (English + Hindi).
Experience in customer support (e-commerce/D2C preferred but not compulsory).
Basic knowledge of email, chat, and CRM tools.
Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
Qualification:
Graduate preferred (Undergraduates can also apply).

Work Timings:
Monday to Friday:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday:
10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
(2 Saturdays half-day on-site, 2 Saturdays WFH)
