Handle client queries professionally and redirect them to the branch head/concerned advisor when needed .
Provide basic information about the company, services & products (wealth management, investment advisory, consolidation, etc.).
Maintain client records and assist in documentation.
Coordinate with the head office team for smooth client servicing.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (Commerce/Finance background preferred). Basic knowledge of financial products and client servicing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and email handling.
Prior experience in customer service/financial services preferred.
