with added responsibilities of after-sales support, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to prospective or existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle
inbound customer calls
, respond to queries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records by updating databases with the latest details.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Follow up with customers regarding pending queries, payments, or services.
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally, ensuring resolution.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets and reporting requirements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, service) to resolve issues.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum

Prior experience as a
Telecaller / Customer Service Executive
