Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Assist users with app navigation, account setup, booking issues, payment failures, and error resolution.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the app or website (e.g., login problems, bugs, crashes).
Liaise with the tech team to escalate unresolved technical issues and ensure timely fixes.
Educate users and salon partners about new platform features and updates.
Record, track, and update tickets in the internal CRM/helpdesk system.
Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to processes or user journeys.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain app/platform functionalities
Previous experience in IT helpdesk, tech support, or platform-based customer service
Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic troubleshooting steps
Patience, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting customers on mobile or SaaS-based platforms
Understanding of mobile app behavior, common errors, and customer UX
Prior exposure to salon-tech, beauty-tech, e-commerce, or service industry platforms
Ability to manage escalations calmly and professionally
