We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives (CSEs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate product information and assist with orders, returns, and refunds.
Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Focused, dedicated, and customer-oriented.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Salary & Benefits:
Internship (Freshers - CSE Interns): ₹8,000/- per month (Stipend).
Full-Time Employment (Freshers - CSE): ₹16,000/- to ?22,000/- per month (in hand).

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
