Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track online orders via
Shopify
and
Shiprocket
.
Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Handle customer queries related to products, orders, and deliveries.
Maintain clear records and resolve any order-related issues.
Requirements:
Experience in
e-commerce order management
and
customer support
.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Shopify, Shiprocket, or similar platforms is a plus.
