Role - Customer Support
Handle inbound customer calls and respond promptly to inquiries.
Resolve product or service issues via calls and emails in a professional manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service and communication.
Email Management:
Respond to customer emails accurately and on time.
Document queries and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned teams.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions.
MIS Reporting:.
Track sales data, order status, customer follow-ups, and payment updates.
Proficient in MS Excel.

Pay: Up to ?500,000.00 per year
