. You will assist users with basic software, accounting, and GST-related queries and provide software training when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and resolve software-related queries
Provide training to clients on how to use the Medica Software
Support clients with basic accounting and GST questions
Use remote tools like AnyDesk or TeamViewer to assist users
Work with the technical team when needed for advanced issues
Requirements:
Commerce graduate preferred (Freshers welcome)
12th pass with experience in customer support can also apply
Basic knowledge of accounting and GST
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with remote support tools is a plus
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
