Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, including those related to health insurance coverage, claims, and benefits.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and health insurance topics.
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed.
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous customer support experience preferred, especially in health insurance or healthcare-related fields.
Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
Familiarity with basic computer applications and support tools.
