Transight is one of the largest manufacturers of AIS 140 certified GPS tracking devices in India.

We are looking for fresh graduates (female) from Kochi who liked to start their career in Customer support-Tele calling.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Support Executive fluent in Hindi and

English to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide

technical support, and resolve issues related to vehicle tracking devices efficiently. This role

requires excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to build and

maintain positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat. Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Share feedback to help improve products and services. Educate customers on features and benefits of vehicle tracking solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Fluency in Malayalam or Tamil Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Must be ready for immediate joining. Must be ready to work from our office in Kalamassery.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in customer support or a technical helpdesk role. Experience in the vehicle tracking or telematics industry is a plus.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
