We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls, guide customers through the loan process, collect and manage documents, and coordinate with internal teams and banks. The role involves regular follow-ups, WhatsApp communication, and updating case status until loan disbursement.

Requirements:



Minimum:



Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Business / Finance / Economics / Management



Preferred:

B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), CA-Inter, CMA-Inter, or equivalent finance background.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Management

Document Collection and Analysis

Follow ups

MIS & profile sheet maintenance

Immediate joining preferred



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
