Customer Support Executive
to join our team in Kalamassery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure issue resolution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
