Follow up with clients to collect and collect necessary documents for account opening.
Assist customers throughout the account onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience.
Initiate contact with active and prospective clients to promote products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat, offering accurate and helpful information.
Clearly explain company products, features, and benefits to customers.
Update and maintain customer information in the internal database accurately.
Keep detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and other relevant communication.
Handle day-to-day documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and quick resolution of issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in customer service, tele sales, or client servicing roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
