Customer Support Executive

- Follow-up / Win-Back (New Connection Leads)

Location:

Kalamassery

Key Responsibilities:



Contact customers who registered for a new connection but were not converted during the first interaction.

Re-engage and promote updated offers, plans, and service benefits.

Convince customers who have opted for another ISP to switch back.

Coordinate with field sales and installation teams for lead closure.

Maintain detailed call logs, customer feedback, and conversion updates in the CRM.

Achieve daily and monthly follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum +2 / Graduate in any stream.

Good communication and convincing skills (Malayalam & English).

Basic computer knowledge and experience in CRM tools.

Result-driven, persuasive, and customer-oriented.

Full-time (Office-based Outcalling Process)

Salary: 10K - 12K + PF & ESI



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
