Job Description

We seek a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent service to our customers, addressing queries and resolving issues related to our [products/services] in [industry/sector].

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with [products/services]; escalate complex cases as needed.
