Role Overview:



We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Support Executive

to assist users with our accounting software. You'll handle queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide best-in-class support that reflects our brand values. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in

Hindi and/or Arabic

is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat related to Ethicfin's accounting software. Assist users in understanding features, setting up accounts, and resolving issues. Log support requests accurately and escalate technical issues when required. Provide empathetic, timely, and effective support to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates. Gather user feedback and share insights with the product and development teams.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, IT, or a related field. 0-1 year of experience in customer support, preferably for a SaaS or accounting product Excellent verbal and written communication in

English

. Working knowledge of accounting terms and software usage. Patience, attentiveness, and a problem-solving attitude. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Advantages:

. Experience with tools like Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, or Zendesk. Background in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
